“The first thing that is important to note is that between me and my wife, it is hard to imagine a more demanding and particular customer(s) to deal with. That being said, Tommy hit the mark on every account we could dream up. Deep knowledge of the business, deep knowledge of the island (real estate and non real estate), proactive, reliable, honesty/transparency, assertiveness when needed but accommodating when appropriate and most of all, just plan easy and fun to deal with are a few things I would start with. It took a lot of emailing, phone calls and texting because I was not even in the same country for most of the process but Tommy communicated all the details and answered all my questions.
